Delivery

• We currently deliver within Singapore only.
• Delivery fee: S$3.99 flat rate. Free delivery on orders of S$65 and above.
• Delivery time: 1–3 working days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next working day.
• We will let you know when your order ships, with a tracking number where available.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, faulty or with the wrong item, please WhatsApp us at +65 8376 6112 or email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery, with your order number and photos. We will look into it and make it right. This does not affect your rights under Singapore consumer protection law.
