These terms apply to all purchases on www.teatune.com.sg, operated by Teatune Global Pte Ltd, 151 Chin Swee Road, #07-12, Singapore 169876.

Orders and prices

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). We are not GST-registered, so no GST is charged.
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock or a price is shown in error.

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe.

Delivery, returns and refunds

All sales are final; we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. See our Shipping & Returns policy for delivery details and what to do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Our products are food and lifestyle items and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition.
